They installed a split system heat pump unit on our enclosed back porch. The price was right and so was the installation. Nice, clean and quick. I’ve dealt with the owner several times over the years and have never been disappointed.

On May 1, Knox AC came to install my Mitsubishi split HVAC system. Unfortunately, one of the wires was bad, and the unit could not be installed that day. Both Knox AC and Mitsubishi went out of their way to address the problem, with representatives of both companies meeting halfway between Knoxville and Nashville to retrieve the necessary part. The following day, the part was installed, but the bad wire had shorted out 4 or 5 other elements of the unit. No one could possibly have predicted any of this. These guys spent a 10-hour-day (in the heat) making sure my unit was installed and that all problems were fixed. I was incredibly impressed with their diligence and professionalism and determination to get the job done, and done right. As for my new unit, it works like a charm and I am absolutely delighted. I replaced my HVAC system with Knoxville AC Service and 100% pleased with the new Mitsubishi unit that was installed. The owner and technicians were extremely knowledgeable and 100% accurate on the Energy Saving the new unit provides. My utility cost has been cut by almost 30%. It not that often you can find a company that does exactly what they say they will do but I did in this company. I would highly recommend Knoxville A/C Services for anyone in need of HVAC service or replacement.

I received a quote from Knoxville a/c for a brand new unit that was $4000 cheaper than a competitor. I had their tech come out the same day to look at my old unit and found out all I needed was to level the one I already have. Absolutely a great company to work with. All aspects of this company from start to completion was perfect. New AC/furnace was installed and we are very satisfied with the quality and performance. Works great.
Our AC went out in the hot of summer. Knoxville A/C had us up and running in no time. They came out to look at unit and did a thorough check. Got it back running for us until we replaced with a new unit, as this unit was way over 20 years old. Their rates are very reasonable and fair.
