Ben Granger
Owner
Ben Granger was born and raised in Chalmette Louisiana. He moved to Knoxville 27 years ago and continued his career in heating and air conditioning. He used to be a co-owner of Rocky Top Air for over 13 years. Ben decided to open a new Heating and Air Service Company in the Knoxville area to continue what he loves to do. Several repeat clients have become personal friends due to the expertise, honesty, loyalty and trust he has earned. Ben has been in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry for over 35 years. His experience includes all aspects of commercial and industrial applications of HVAC installation, specialty fabrication and design build of Heating and Air Systems. Ben performed in the roles of field supervisor, project manager, job supervisor, metal sheet mechanic, and field helper for several well-known mechanical contracting companies.
Ben Graduated at Phillips Community College Electrical Engineering and A Graduate of Sheet Metal Layout and Fabrication, at Association of Building Contractors University. Ben earned Journeyman- Sheet Metal Layout and Fabrication, Certified- Heavy Lift Operator, Certified-Confined Space Safety and Certified- Hazardous Material Handling.
Michelle Granger

Michelle Granger was born and raised in the Philippines. Michelle has been in the USA for more than 12 years and married Ben. Michelle started working with Ben more than 6 years ago. She is responsible for office procedures and administrative with payable, billing and reconciliation and helps our customers and staff with any needs they may have. Michelle likes to keep the office clean and organized and takes loving care of the employees’ needs. Michelle enjoys attending church, watching movies and spending time with family.
Michelle was a scholar and graduated in Mindanao State University of the Philippines for Electrical Machinery. She also graduated as a CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant in UHA Caregiver Center. Certificate of Microsoft Word and Excel. Michelle is a big contributor to our company.
