Had unit since 2021. Rare thesedays to find a HVAC company who is honest with words and pricing and DOES NOT UPSELL YOU FOR SOMETHING YOU DO NOT NEED. The tech. had expertise and years ago I used to use Rocky Top Air. The co-owner left and started his own company. I glad he did!!!!!!!!!!!!! Family owned business who cares. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First time calling this HVAC company. I sent in request for service with my mfr. and they reached out to me. Service is a rarity today. Noel was prompt in response. I always try to listen to my gut. I feel the company is honest and reasonable. I learned later they are the #1 rated mit. split ductless unit. Easier said than done. I plan to also use them for AC blower wheel which when it was installed install tech. person said mandatory to get it done every 2 to 3 years and not part of the regular maint. So just fix it. Knoxville AC installed unit and have warranty 1 year but they tried to postponed and said : wait till summer and turn on ac to see if that’s problem. We waited and now warranty not even passed 1 year ( 1 more week) and they refused to warrant. Charge 400$/ free on gallon ( cost only 50-80$). Very dishonest and scamy business. I am so thankful I came across Knoxville A/C. They were professional, timely, knowledgeable, and most of all honest. Our technician, John was personable and friendly.
